Our dedicated support team is available to assist you six days a week: Operating Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (West African Standard Time, GMT+1). We strive to resolve all grievances promptly. However, during weekends or government holidays, response times might be extended by one or two business days.

Important Notice

• If a grievance remains unanswered for more than two business days, or if it pertains to issues outside the scope of our support, the grievance will be locked.
• Duplicate grievances for the same issue may also lead to grievance locking.
